What Makes You Wear a Christian T-shirt?

I was thinking about this question and decided I should write about it. What makes someone first purchase a Christian t-shirt and second, wear it.  There are those who are bold in their faith who are walking billboards for Christ, while others buy for the style or fashion with a subtle message that only comes out when someone asks about the design.

What makes me wear a Christian t-shirt?

1.  For me to live is Christ, so I believe even my clothing can and should reflect that to others. Not only by dressing modestly, but also by bolding proclaiming who I am and whose I am.

2. Christian clothing gives me a chance to show what’s on the inside, which is what counts anyway.

3.  When it comes to selection, I choose Christian shirts that make people want to question me about them.  They are not neccessarily bold messages, but can be. Like the logo shirt from Seize Eternity for example. It makes people think and they might even strike up a conversation about what it means.

Like an athlete, I want to make sure those I encounter know what team I am on.
